Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 26 August 2026

This policy applies to visualization engagements contracted with Acacia Analytics Co., Ltd.. It covers the Fraud Pattern Visualization Report, Executive Anomaly Briefing, and Recurring Monitoring Chart Sets described on our Site.

1. Deposit Refunds — Flagship Reports

Flagship reports require a 40% deposit upon engagement confirmation. If you cancel before data transfer and before we begin field mapping validation, the deposit is refunded in full minus bank transfer fees. If cancellation occurs after mapping validation has started, the deposit is non-refundable but may be credited toward a rescheduled engagement within twelve months.

2. Cancellation After Work Begins

Once chart production begins, fees for work completed to date are non-refundable. We provide a progress summary upon cancellation request showing completed stages. Partial delivery of draft charts does not entitle a full refund.

3. Executive Briefing Cancellation

Briefings require full payment two weeks before the session date. Cancellation more than ten business days before the session: full refund minus transfer fees. Cancellation five to ten business days before: 50% refund. Cancellation fewer than five business days before: non-refundable, but may be rescheduled once within six months subject to analyst availability.

4. Recurring Retainer Cancellation

Retainers require a six-month minimum commitment. Early cancellation after the minimum period requires thirty days written notice; the current billing cycle completes and no further cycles are charged. Cancellation during the minimum period: remaining monthly fees through the six-month term are due unless we mutually agree otherwise in writing.

5. Rescheduling

Briefing rescheduling is free with more than ten business days notice. One rescheduling with shorter notice is permitted per engagement; subsequent short-notice changes are treated as cancellation.

6. No-Shows

If client attendees are absent without notice for a scheduled briefing, the session fee is non-refundable. We wait thirty minutes past the scheduled start before declaring a no-show.

7. Work Already Started

Materials produced—including draft charts, printed boards, and scope memos—remain billable once delivered, even if the client chooses not to proceed to final delivery.

8. Purchased Materials

Physical print production costs for brass-frame boards and folio binding are non-refundable once production begins. Digital deliverables follow the cancellation stages above.

9. Client Data Issues

If client-provided data is unusable due to client-side export errors and the client cannot supply corrected data within ten business days of our validation report, we may cancel the engagement. In that case, fees for completed scoping and validation work are retained; remaining deposit balance is refunded.

10. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method via bank transfer in KRW. Refund requests: info@workspaceacacia.click with engagement reference and payment date.

11. Exceptions

Force majeure events—including natural disasters affecting our Jinju studio or client office access—are handled case by case with priority given to rescheduling over refund.
