These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at workspaceacacia.click ("Site") operated by Acacia Analytics Co., Ltd. ("Acacia Analytics," "we," "us"). By accessing the Site or engaging our visualization services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Description

Acacia Analytics provides fraud monitoring chart preparation, anomaly visualization reports, executive briefings, and recurring chart delivery services as described on the Site. All services are professional visualization engagements—not software subscriptions, automated monitoring systems, or legal or investigative advisory.

2. Engagement Agreements

Specific engagements are governed by a written scope memo or quote accepted by both parties. In case of conflict between these Terms and an engagement-specific agreement, the engagement agreement prevails for that engagement.

3. Intellectual Property

Site content—including text, design, and branding—is owned by Acacia Analytics and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Delivered chart files become client property upon final payment, as specified in the engagement agreement. We retain the right to reference anonymized methodology descriptions in our field notes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients providing ledger data warrant they have authority to share that data for visualization purposes. Clients are responsible for accuracy of exported data and for decisions made based on delivered charts. Our charts flag patterns for review; they do not constitute legal conclusions, regulatory filings, or investigation findings.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, Acacia Analytics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or delivered materials. Our total liability for any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that engagement.

6. Website Use

You may not use the Site to transmit unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or scrape content for commercial redistribution. The contact form is provided for legitimate business inquiries only.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gyeongsangnam-do, Korea.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
